Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect our therapists’ time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Deposit Requirement
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to book and confirm all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- More than 48 hours’ notice: If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be retained as a credit that can be applied to a future session. 
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. 
- Illness or Emergencies: We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. Exceptions to the above policy may be made in cases of illness or genuine emergencies. In such instances, please notify us as soon as possible and provide appropriate documentation if requested. We will do our best to accommodate you by applying your deposit as a credit or rescheduling your session without penalty, at our discretion. 
- No-shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings may require full prepayment. 
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Full payment for the scheduled session is still required.
